Our Products

What is active ingredient cosmetics and how does it differ from natural cosmetics? Active ingredient cosmetics specifically rely on ingredients with proven efficacy, such as hyaluronic acid, plant-based phytosterols, or intensive CO2 extracts. The focus is on effectiveness, not on a certification label. Natural cosmetics only describe the natural origin of the ingredients, but not their concentration or potency. That is why Queen of Green is consciously "Natural Active Ingredient Cosmetics."

Where are the products manufactured? All products are handmade in a certified laboratory in Vienna, Austria, in small batches and with great care.

Are the products vegan? Yes, all Queen of Green products are 100% vegan and PETA-certified. No animal ingredients are used, and there is, of course, no animal testing (which is prohibited by EU law anyway).

What is the difference between the individual lip care products?

Caring Caroline is the classic everyday lip care, intensively nourishing, without a tint.
Sleepy Sophie is the night and rescue version with an anti-aging effect, ideal for very dry lips.
Rosy Rosalie is tinted in a delicate pink for a natural touch of color.
Charming Charlotte is tinted in bronze for a warmer look.

Who are the products suitable for? Our products are generally developed for adults. If you are pregnant or have very sensitive skin, we recommend checking the list of ingredients or getting in touch with us.

How do I use a care stick? Simply apply the stick directly to your lips, hands, or skin—no fingers, no jars, no mess. The stick format makes it hygienic and uncomplicated to use.

How long does a product last? Unopened, our products generally have a shelf life of at least 30 months. Once opened, the PAO symbol on the packaging applies (e.g., "6M" = at least 6 months after opening).

Packaging

What does "plastic-free" mean at Queen of Green? All products come in cardboard packaging, with no plastic and no film. The packaging is compostable and can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.

How do I dispose of the packaging correctly? The cardboard sleeves can be put in the paper recycling or compost.

Is Queen of Green a member of Zero Waste Austria? Yes, Queen of Green is an official member of Zero Waste Austria.

Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship to? We ship to Austria, Germany, and via https://www.finegoods-shop.com to Switzerland as well. You can find all details on our shipping page.

At what point is shipping free? For orders over €45 to Austria, and over €60 to Germany.

How long does delivery take? Usually 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country.

Can I return my order? Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods. You can find all details on this in our cancellation policy.
